We offer different cuts of AAA beef from Canada, the most popular of which are bone-in striploin, T-bone, Porterhouse and Tomahawk. All cuts are dry aged for a minimum of 35 days in our in-house dry-aging meat cooler. Our plant wall lined with fresh herbs and shoots, coupled with our close collaboration with local producers and suppliers, allow us to bring you real home-grown flavours.
